We only send to Paypal registered addresses, if you want your order sending to a different address you must add it as a gift address on Paypal BEFORE ordering.
No exceptions sorry or we are NOT covered with Paypal.
Here at SOUTH COAST DESIGNS we like to offer £2.95 P&P (UK ONLY) on all our wall/large vehicle sticker items bought from us. So whether you order 1 or 99 stickers the price will remain at £2.95
Items are TRACKED but you may need to sign for your delivery.
Please allow 10 working days for delivery.
The courier company with make 3 attempts to deliver your order, if these are unsuccessful the item will be returned back to us and we will be charged £2.95, if you want your item redelivered this will cost £2.95 (cost we have been charged by the courier company) + £2.95 or us to resend it again.
So please leave delivery instructions on your door if you will not be in.

All small items from an envelope to a small packet will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class, This includes small car stickers and disability vehicle stickers only.

Here at South Coast Designs we aim to get your stickers made and posted ASAP
But we do make orders in the order that they came in and as all orders are made to order we do not take any responsibility for items arriving a little longer during extremely busy times and during certain weather conditions which may slow the delivery company down.

I haven’t received my order
We apologise if you have not received your item. We want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you have not received your items within 10 days of placing your order, please contact us at email@example.com
The tracking says my order was delivered but I haven't received it
If the tracking confirms that the item has been delivered but you have not received your products, please contact the delivery company directly in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered.
Please let us know there has been an issue and we will do our very best to assist you but we will not be able to resend or refund anything until an investigation has been completed by the delivery company.
