Fitting Instructions

Thank you for buying from us

Don't worry if your application tape has arrived slightly wrinkled, chill your beans because Houston, we DO NOT have a problem.

Sometimes due to various temperature changes while on the way to you this can happen, this in no way at all effects your decal or how it sticks.

Also due to temperature changes your decal may be hard to lift from the backing paper.

If this happens simply lay your decal down on a flat surface and give it a good rub with a bank card or something similar then peel the application tape slowly from one corner diagonally until the vinyl comes away from the application tape.

Sometimes after pulling off the application tape you may find some bubbling in the vinyl itself, this can happen for a number of reasons, app tape pulled off to quickly or at the wrong angle, not leaving enough time for the vinyl decal to adhere to the surface, not smoothing down enough and even temperatures can make a difference.  Simply get a small pin and pop each bubble and push out the air, the vinyl will self heal itself straight away as you push it down.

Cold Weather Fitting Instructions

There are a few things to note when applying vinyl as the temperature begins to drop.

When you receive your sticker, it is very likely that it has been sitting in the back of a delivery van for a day or two. It is important to acclimate the sticker before applying it. To acclimate the sticker, let it rest until it comes back up to room temperature. Trying to stick the vinyl before it does comes to room temperature can cause issues.

The temperature of the surface where the vinyl is being applied should also be taken into consideration when applying your sticker. Adhesives don't like hot/cold temperatures and applying your sticker to hot/cold surfaces (hot/cold wall or car window/body) can cause the adhesive to be less sticky. Applying vinyl to a hot/cold surface can create a risk of the sticker not sticking properly.
